Staff directions are intended to support a respectful, orderly shared environment for guests, diners and participants, and to help the venue manage its spaces with care on the day.

Table booking

Reservations and attendance

Booking guidance

Accurate reservation details

Please provide accurate, current details when using the table-booking pathway, and make reservations only for genuine intended attendance. Useful details help staff plan dining, lounge, poker-table and card-room seating appropriately. If a booking detail changes, let the venue know so the team can consider the revised arrangement. A reservation supports planning for the shared physical space; it is not a substitute for the operational decisions needed on the day.

Arrival, capacity, and seating

Seating, table allocation, room access and timing depend on venue operations, capacity and the needs of scheduled activity on the day. A reservation request does not override safe operation or staff allocation decisions. Groups should follow reasonable seating and timing directions from staff, including where dining, lounge use or poker-table activity needs to be coordinated with other guests and participants.

Changes to plans

If you need to amend a reservation or no longer require it, please contact the venue promptly so staff can manage the physical venue experience with care. This page does not create a cancellation, credit, refund or rescheduling entitlement. For a question about your reservation or these terms, see the terms enquiries section for the reservations contact details.

Shared spaces

Respectful venue conduct

Consideration for guests and staff

Please act respectfully and without disruption toward fellow guests, card-room participants and staff across the gastro-bar, social lounge and poker tables. Cooperate with reasonable staff directions. Behaviour that affects another person’s comfort, safety or enjoyment may require staff intervention so the venue can remain a welcoming shared environment for dining, conversation and live participation.

Card-room etiquette

Shared-table etiquette

At poker tables, please respect turn-taking, dealer or host direction, physical cards, tournament chips and fellow participants. These materials are part of a shared live card-room environment and should be treated with care. Detailed game mechanics belong to the applicable tournament rules; this condition asks every participant to support orderly offline poker play at the table.

Live card-room terms

Offline poker and tournament participation

Poker activity takes place in the venue’s physical card room at poker tables, using staff-led procedures and physical game materials. Offline poker is an in-person social experience. Participants are expected to follow table instructions and the applicable session format so live play can proceed clearly and respectfully for everyone at the table.

Texas Hold’em tournament procedure

Texas Hold’em tournaments operate according to the published or communicated event format, including seating, table progression, chip handling and play administration. Please read event-specific rules and ask staff for clarification before or during a session if a procedure is unclear. Staff may make reasonable format adjustments needed for orderly live play, taking account of the practical needs of the card room and the participants present.

Chip buy-ins and tournament chips

A chip buy-in and tournament chips are administered within the relevant live event procedure and must be handled only as staff instruct. Chips are event materials used for participation and table administration in the physical card room. Keep them within their intended live-event setting, follow staff handling directions, and ask before acting if you are unsure about the procedure that applies to a session.

Staff rulings and fair play

Authorised staff decisions on live table procedure, game administration, conduct and rule interpretation are intended to support fair, orderly participation. If you have a question, raise it respectfully and promptly with staff so it can be considered in the context of the live session. For fuller event guidance, visit See Tournament Rules.

Recognition & card room

Points, leaderboard, trophies, and high roller experiences

Points and leaderboard standings

Points and leaderboard standings may be recorded or displayed in connection with eligible venue activities and are administered according to the applicable event or club process. Standings can change as participation records are updated or event conditions are applied. Points and standings are recognition features of the card-room experience; they are not described here as transferable, redeemable or guaranteed.

Card-room recognition

Trophies and recognition

Trophies or other venue recognition may be associated with selected events or standings, subject to the event conditions communicated for that activity. Recognition is part of the physical club experience and may reflect the particular atmosphere or structure of a live event. Availability, replacement, ownership transfer and any value are not promised by these general terms.

Event recognition

High roller experiences

A high roller experience, where offered, is a venue-led card-room or hospitality experience subject to availability, staff direction and relevant event conditions. It may connect with the physical dining, lounge or tournament atmosphere of the club. These terms do not define packages, benefits, entry requirements or rewards beyond the arrangements communicated for the particular venue experience.

Practical guidance

Personal property, photography, and venue information

Personal belongings and venue materials

Please look after your personal belongings and use venue furniture, dining settings, poker tables, cards and tournament chips with care and as staff direct. Shared physical materials should remain within their intended venue setting. This guidance supports the care of a space used by many guests and participants, without creating a separate process for belongings or materials beyond the practical directions provided at the venue.

Respectful photography

Photography and respectful sharing

Please respect the privacy and comfort of other guests, participants and staff when taking or sharing photographs in dining, lounge and card-room spaces. Check with people involved where practical, and follow staff direction where photography could affect another person’s experience. This is considerate guidance for a physical card-room atmosphere; it does not create blanket consent or replace the need for good judgement around others.

Information accuracy and service changes

The venue aims to present useful information about menus, lounge experiences, poker sessions, Texas Hold’em tournaments and bookings, while practical details can change in response to venue operations. If a detail is important to your visit, please confirm current arrangements with the venue before attending. Information on this site is intended to guide planning, not to guarantee availability or uninterrupted website operation.
